I have completed Civil Engineering in Virudhunagar, V. S. Vellaisamy Nadar Polytechnic college in the year 1989 and worked in private Constructions at Virudhunagar and Madurai for 3 years and after that, started his own firm on 23.05.1992 as SRI PARASAKTHI ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTIONS for civil works and later it had been developed to extend Partnership firm on 23.05.2003 as KRISHNA BUILDWARES for all building material sales shop and further had been developed to extend a Group firm on 23.05.2009 as SPEC ASSOCIATES & CONSULTANCY company combined with another company works for Mega Project and Promoter work purpose.

I had worked in various engineering fields for more than twenty nine years (since 1989 to 2018) in Vaastu plan, Authority approval plan, Estimate (BOQ, BOM), Valuation, Project Management and Consultancy, Contract, Promoter work for Villa, Apartment, Commercial shop and Restaurant, Institutions, Hospital, Kalyana mahal, Shopping Mall building of Plan, Construction, Interior works at Virudhunagar, Madurai, Tuticorin, Chennai & Dubai places.

Over the course of his Journey he has completed for approximately 5000 number of my client works such as 3150 Authority approval plan works, 500 Vaastu concept plan works,750 Estimate works, 250 Valuation works, 300 Construction works, 50 Interior works of Projects. I have attached detailed work list of completed of client name with address in MS Excel format.

Vision

To understand the needs of the clients and to provide them with creative building designs, maximum utilization of space, Quality assurance in construction, Safety of Indian Standard Code and National Building Code, considering Frugal and inexpensive alternative ideas within a considerable time period.

About Me

• I went to T.V.S. Middle School at Virudhunagar.
• I went to K.V.S. Higher Secondary school at Virudhunagar.
• I went to V.S.V.N. Polytechnic at Virudhunagar studied Diploma Civil Engineering (DCE Regular) in the year 1986 to 1989; score 93% of marks all round best student award in compus.
• I went to Vinayaga Mission University at Salam studied Bachlers of Civil Engineering (BE Part time) in the year of 2005 to 2008; score Ist Class.
• Parents name K.Veluchamy and K.V.Pownthai at Virudhunagar. Wife K.S.Krishnaveni(B.Sc Computer) married on 23.06.1996(Lotus BenZoin family at Virudhunagar).
